Threaded pipes can provide an effective seal for pipes transporting liquids, gases, steam, and hydraulic fluid.

We thread any length of pipe in diameters ranging from 1/8" thru 20". Tapers available are NPT*, NPS*, 3/16" Peerless, and 8 round taper. (See fabrication services page for larger diameters)

Engineering & Design

Our manufacturer engineering is a full-service engineering firm, providing design support for process, mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, control systems, and power distribution.

Our manufacturer Engineering has three divisions:

Engineering

Our multi-disciplined engineering staff has the experience to provide the appropriate level of design service to meet your needs. We can provide full life-cycle design from concept through construction support, or provide supplemental services to our client's in-house staff. Our manufacturer Engineering has extensive experience in the San Joaquin Valley, as well as expertise in Wyoming gas fields, Kansas light oil fields, and most recently the Bakken Shale production in North Dakota.

Combine our manufacturer engineering with the other suppliers companies for your engineer, procure, and construct turnkey project needs.

Instrumentation and Electrical (I&E) Field Services

Our manufacturer &E field services group can handle new construction or maintenance. This group complements the controls system and electrical engineering projects during construction and start up as well as troubleshooting existing systems. our I&E technicians are capable of handling all types of projects and are ISA Certified Level I to Level III.

U.L. Approved Panel Fabrication

Our manufacturers done in-house panel assembly shop allows for the construction of field instrument panels in either standard or custom-designed enclosures. The shop layout provides areas for factory acceptance testing and any other customer tests required. The shop has the capability to design panels or use the client-provided drawings.

Gas Metering Systems

A new project this year for our manufacturer has been the Gas Metering Systems for various local fields.

Total skid construction takes advantage of all disciplines available at our manufacturer Fabrication; consisting of the following:

Complete layout and partial design of process skid
Fabrication, NDE , and full assembly of the skid
Electrical runs through the skid to end electrical devices
Installation, programming, and testing of control panel in panel shop
Coating of final product
